Two easy ways to get your case to us. Choose the workflow that fits your practice.

Send a Digital Case
Fastest turnaround. Send scans directly from your intraoral scanner.

    Capture your scan with a compatible intraoral scanner (iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Primescan, etc.).

    Export an open STL, PLY, or OBJ file from your scanner software.

  3. 3

    Email the files to cases@rallydentallabs.com or upload them through your portal, and include the completed Rx form plus any photos or notes.

Send a Physical Case
Traditional impressions and models are welcome. Ship them with the included label.

    Place your impression or model in a rigid case box with enough padding to prevent breakage.

  2. 2

    Include the completed Rx / Prescription Form and any shade or esthetic instructions.

  3. 3

    Ship the case to Rally Dental Labs, North Texas, TX using the printed shipping label / case return form.
